Our Work
IT Classes
Once a week, a digital literacy class takes place in the Feltham centre which aims to help our beneficiaries improve their computer skills. The session teaches refugees how to use specific functions of their computers including email, internet search, and video call. These skills are beneficial for future job applications, supporting their children’s school work, and accessing online services. Computer Classes are just one of the services offered by ACAA complemented by ESOL classes, women’s empowerment workshops, and legal advice clinics.
“Before my daughter would say ‘Why can’t you help?’ Now, I can. I have shown my children you can change and learn.” – Yashfa
