Community Fridge

Thanks to funding from the Coop, and in collaboration with Hubbub, we have launched a Community Fridge at the ACAA! The aim of the fridge is to reduce food waste, whilst also providing free food for the local community. Everyone is welcome to drop in and collect food!

It will be based on a first come, first serve basis. The Community Fridge will reopen in September 2024.

In 2021 we collaborated with Co-op and Hubub to launch our community fridge and we were featured in a Co-op Christmas advert, which was filmed at our centre.
